If you want to spice up your Windows-cursor you may want to use one of my cursors below. I've created some greyscale cursors in three states: normal, background loading and hourglass. Simply download the cursor you want and copy the CUR/ANI-files into your ‘C:\Windows\Cursors’-folder. Open the control panel and go to ‘Mouse’-settings. There, click on the ‘cursor’-tab and click ‘Browse...’ in order to change the cursor of your choice.
